the game

There’s a new library in town, hidden deep between the alleys, where people are likely to miss it were they to pass by.

The Archive is an odd place, you knew it the moment you first heard of it. For a reason or another, you have never set foot inside it.

Until today.

When you enter the place has a cozy feel to it, and the librarian smiles at you, so warm and eager. There’s the soft click as the door shuts behind you, though it goes unnoticed as you near the counter like a moth to the flame.

Truth is, once the door closes behind you, there will be no chance for you to leave the same as when you entered. Though, only you can decide whether it is for the better or worse.

features

  • High fantasy with a medieval setting.
  • A customazible character: currently just the name, simply because the story is still to short for anything else.
  • A main story that will eventually split into different ones completely — you will be given a books to read at some point, though the content will depend on your choices.
  • Currently, there at 3 different books planned. But their number may change.
  • - Other things to be added, decided and changed.

things to note

  • The game is still at a very early stage, so things (such as content warnings, settings, subgenre of the books, etc...) may change.
  • The save/load feature is pretty useless right now and it's dere simply because.

I'm using this WIP to figure out how the coding works so I apologize if it's a little short.

Hello! Thank you for the comment and feedback :D I really appreciate it and I'm glad you enjoyed this sneak peak.

About the game, I'm not sure when I'll continue it. This was an experiment to help me learn Twine.

(I'm sorry for the late reply, my excuse is I wrote a reply and forgot to post it :D ;^;)

Lol don't worry about the late reply, things like that happen xD
